Black Star Beauty Cancelation Policies and Refunds/Returns

Please be advised of our policies prior to booking in.


Late cancelation

We understand guests occasionally need to change or cancel their appointment. Should you need to do so, we require 20 hours notice otherwise you will be required to pay 50% of your missed service. We now offer pay over the phone service, just call in and pay your fee using VISA card.


No shows

If you no show to your appointment and make zero effort to contact us you will be blocked from our client list immediately and will not be able to book with us again and enjoy the variety of services we offer.

In order to book again you will have to contact us and pay 50% of your missed appointment.


Refunds/ Exchanges

Services

There will be no refunds on services performed. If you were't satisfied with the outcome of your service we kindly ask you contact us immediately. If a lash service was done for you we require a call within 24 hours after the service and we will make sure to resolve any issues you may have. Poor lash retention more than 24 hours after the service is not under our control.


Products

There will be no refunds, returns or exchanges on any products purchased at Black Star Beauty, if said product has been opened or used by the customer.
